We were very excited to be a host for the International Round Square Conference 2022, which saw 1200 students from around the world coming to the UK.
16 Sixth Formers (most of whom are pictured above with the Head, Mr Goodhew, Mr Emerson and Ms Desmons) volunteered as ‘Baraza Leaders’: Sabrine, Lucas, Jessica, Tavishi, Esme, Sasha, Pascale, Abigail, Ifedolapo, Louise, Afua, Mollie, Sanna, Klara, Caitlin, Christian and Sasha.
They took on leadership roles with special responsibilities in the run up to and during the conference, representing the School throughout the Conference as well as taking on additional organiser roles in Oxford. School Captain and Baraza Leader, Christian, said: “I feel really privileged to be a Baraza Leader. I’ve attended conferences in previous years in different countries around the world, so it feels really special to be hosting it in the UK and here at Latymer.”
