Cancellation Policy

Substitutions are welcome at any time.  Written cancellations received two weeks or more before the event will qualify for a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.  Written cancellations received between two and one week before the event will qualify for a 50% refund, minus any applicable transactions fees. Cancellations made less than one week before the event will not qualify for a refund. Cancellations must be made in writing to events@latymerfoundation.org

Instead of a refund, you may wish to give any monies due as a charitable donation to the Latymer Foundation which will be directed towards our bursary programme.

Refunds are not permitted for merchandise unless faulty, however an exchange for items of clothing in a different size would be permitted if additional sizes are available.

The Latymer Foundation reserves the right to amend the events programme without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.  We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel an event, in which case the cost of tickets purchased will be refunded to the purchaser. Should the event be postponed rather than cancelled, those with existing tickets will have the option to transfer tickets to the new date.
