Members of the Latymer community are invited to explore three floors of the Imperial War Museum’s world-class collections with historian, author, award-winning TV producer and Latymerian Taylor Downing (Class of 1971). Taylor is the perfect guide; an expert on the subject of war, and a brilliant storyteller.
Following your tour of one of the most fascinating museums in London, there will be an opportunity to continue the conversation with Taylor over coffee in a pub nearby. Taylor will also be happy to talk about any of his books on the Cold War, the Second World War or the First World War including his most recent 1942 - Britain at the Brink published to much acclaim earlier in 2022.
