Join us for a very special evening with Claudia Winkleman, TV presenter, in conversation with Emma Freud, broadcaster, producer and writer. Emma will be exploring Claudia’s early career and how she has continued to be so successful in the tricky world of journalism, TV and radio.

Claudia Winkleman is a broadcaster, presenter and now author. She is most recognised for co-hosting Strictly Come Dancing (BBC1) alongside Tess Daly and has recently taken over Saturday mornings on Radio 2. Claudia also fronts the BBC1 cookery competition series Britain’s Best Home Cook alongside Mary Berry. Last year Claudia became a Sunday Times best-selling author following the publication of her debut book, Quite. 

Claudia is a trustee of Comic Relief and has fronted live television shows for both Red Nose Day and Sport Relief.

Claudia graduated from Cambridge University with an MA Honours in History of Art. She lives in London with her husband and three children.

Emma Freud is Executive Producer of Comic Relief, was a co-creator of Make Poverty History and the Live 8 concerts, and was awarded an OBE for services to the charitable sector.

She's also a seasoned interviewer, a reporter for BBC Radio 4 and won ‘Columnist of the Year’ award for her series of articles in the Telegraph on living in New York.

For the last 25 years, she's worked with Richard Curtis as either script editor or co-producer of Four Weddings and a Funeral, Bridget Jones’s Diary, Notting Hill,  Love Actually and Yesterday.
